Hey there! I got Naruto about a week ago.
Hey! Well, um, I don't actually. Far from it really, lol. It's Self protection. It a modern term to replace self defence (because of all the negative connotations associated with it). It's a system of personal combatives, placing heavier emphasis on psychology and mental performance. It's all about awareness, avoidance, verbal conflict and fear control. We don't have belts either. I would like to teach it professionally some day but we'll see. I also do boxing, wreslting and grappling. Anyway, that's way more information then you wanted to hear probably, lol.
