The implication of the joke was that o_q was posting a picture of himself, instead of fixing Agatha's image tags. (o_q is a relatively dark-skinned male with a crew cut.)

It's stuff like that which really makes me wonder why he's writing for TV. That guy has greatness in him. Insight and an ability to share it. He should be doing something, well, bigger. When it comes to him I always say he has his greatest work still ahead of him.
