    It's not aimed at you specifically but just about everyone on the forum and a lot of people IRL. Like I said in part of the entry, it feels like everyone and their mother is getting into this mindset but it's not genuine. It's desperation. They don't really get it but think they do.

    Great quote isn't it? I heard it from Tara Brach - who is a dharma teacher I greatly admire and have learned sooooo much from. I played one of her downloaded talks over and over again until I had all the words right. Hahahahahahahaha. It holds deep meaning for me. Ok. Off to drink more water. :D
