Type Turkish diplomat

Can you help me type this guy. I think he's an INFJ.

During his talk he once mentions that he'd "rather sit in the library than negotiate technical, diplomatic details" which hint towards INxJ. But I'm not sure whether he's F or T. He looks very charming and his talk is all about people and relations. But on the other side he's regarded as the new mastermind of Turkish nationalism.

I can't tell how much of that would be MBTI and how much would be culture. I try to avoid typing people of different cultures until I know enough about their culture. Sadly, the Turkish culture is one I don't know much about.

Turkey is pretty much similar to the West. It's strongly secular, culturally influenced by France, and a liberal democracy. The only difference is that it's populated by Muslims.
