And you have Faux State Run News trying to defend him...calling the question a “setup”...lmao...it’s a pretty straight forward question...he’s just a damn crook and a moron to boot.

It’s clear that he believes he is above the law...all this shit is getting out of hand now.
Time to get rid of him and his crony administration...he’s a fucking cancer on this nation and Earth!
Time for some action by the adults please?

This will be looked at as the moment he lost any chance of reelection.

POTUS just hanging out with fellow billionaire CHILD rapists...
It is far beyond the time to impeach this evil POS.

Warning: this document is VERY sexually explicit.
Hence the spoiler.

If you would like to see the entire court filing, here is the PDF:

....speechless atm. Ugh.

Just in case anyone needs a clear definition of what these for-profit “detention camps” keeping people in cages like animals, children as young as 4 months old taken from their parents and then adopted out - should be labeled as...

I think that’s pretty damn clear...they are committing fucking genocide here in our country.
Sad and disgusting.
You cannot defend this BS.

No more GENOCIDE in the USA.
(Especially done to those seeking asylum)

Trump and his cronies belong in the Hague.
Speak up!

There won't be an impeachment I think, and whom sits in the white house is less important than how congress and the federal state works along with the principles in the constitution.
The White House needs to "work" and one of the important parts are diplomacy and being a communicator to the extent that cooperation and agreements happens.
It's not to sit and sign of on various operations on foreign soil as a substitute for "diplomacy".

The larger problem with the whole thing as the Department of Justtice is to "strive for justice" and is headed by an attorny general, not law enforcement, and especially not to boss states around and meddle with international affairs through law enforcement under foot of the President and behind his back.

So the FBI works for the Attorny General who works for Trump, doing an investigation on behalf of congress, where perhaps even the local police working for a congressmen would be a better choices, and would be perfectly fine.
There has also not really been much involvement from any intelligence agency, where all except a few under the DoJ answers for the director of intelligence on behalf of the national security council.

This is the legal and political equivalent of circle jerking by not doing anything correct, there should be a few congressmen competent enough to review and lead a investigation with support, there are plenty to choose from.

That Trump crossed the border to North Korea is worth all the embarassment.

The DoJ is not supposed to do law enforcement, and there is no logical reason why it needs to.
Cooperation between states can be regulated and done without their inolvement, and better they file law suits to keep it in line.

Congress and the other things involved should allow anyone to have the White House without any reason for concern.

Just watch a bit DemDebate, and one comment that gave me pause is the use of the phrase, "rule of law".

That would involve DoJ doing the right thing to keep law enforcement in line with justice and reason.

Pretty much everything DoJ does, from DEA to FBI and more belongs at state level such that each congressmen have more resources and ways to get their own answers.

For competing for jobs and business for their states with economic focuses, wants and needs.
With more clear rules and focuses, it becomes a bigger game at state level and in the halls around congress.

The rule of law, is the reason and principles involved for justice by means of legal principles and philosophy of law such that one expect the right answers, justice and reason. Not by authroity or force, some protests should be settled in court by the DoJ on behalf of the people, acting as a guarantee that the oaths of offices and higher principles in the constitution is tried kept actively, and not by accident or contingent on social status.

Is that a place without an attorny general and where the department of justice doesn't care about such things? Or where courts don't request investigations from someone not under the thumb with a confict of interest, and where no attorny knows how?

He is referring to the state’s recent attempt and successful destruction of Planned Parenthood and other clinics with abortion services.
This is a violation of the law.
This was done with help by the state’s AG amongst others.

So Stu has a point.
The larger points in your text I agree with for the most part.
Right now, we seemingly have an out of control government...at least in regards to them doing their jobs and upholding the constitution - which includes NOT breaking the law(s).
Trump is clearly in violation of the emoluments clause at the very least.
His enormous attempts to hide his taxes from Congress is getting to the point of guilty by his own actions to hide them.
Just yesterday a Trump appointed judge helped slow down the process that Congress clearly has oversight of and there are very clear laws giving them the power to see them - yet, all Trump’s appointed people break the law and flaunt it.
Barr is clearly biased and a Trump protectionist.
The subpoenas being issued by Congress are being ignored by the DOJ and the Trump people, or if they do testify they refuse to answer any questions and invoke some BS executive privilege that doesn’t exist anywhere ever, not ever....never.
McConnell has been ramming through loads of conservative right wing judicial appointments into the 100’s now while he refused to even consider Obama’s clear right to appoint a Supreme court judge for nearly 2 years (which should have been against the law?????) and many other judicial appointments that McConnell also slow walked.
Now the same guy has blocked about 6 bills aimed at protecting our elections from being hacked....thus earning him his ‘Moscow Mitch’ nickname (he also has a giant Russian company building a steel mill in his home state of KY that is worth multiple billions of dollars).
I would almost say it’s damned near close to a coup at this point with the amount of dark money going into our politician’s pockets...could be from the NRA, or it could be from Saudi Arabia...we don’t know...that was one of the bills he just blocked.
The puppet in chief is an incompetent greed driven man-child who is leading us off a cliff.
Just today...or was this yesterday also?...we are now officially out of the nuclear proliferation treaty with Russia...we pulled out to develop new missiles.
I think that Trump is beginning to realize how lucrative war can be to him...that’s a scary thought.
I can only hope that he is a one term President...but if he is reelected how can we trust the results?
How do we know we are even slightly a democracy anymore if we don’t look at this stuff?
Insanity.
Things are clearly being done that are not in the best interests of the American people or the people of the world.
If it wasn’t a crime to do so I would encourage all the best assassins in the world to save us all....(hello NSA!) but I would never say such a thing or imply that...just that it might make a good book. ;)
