I am notoriously bad with eliciting any sort of fact from a still photograph from someone.

I could think of 50 different situations he may be in, but determining that actual situation would be impossible based on just that.

I don't get a sense of good or bad from the pic, I just see a guy w/ a hat and a quirky smile with what seem to be bad teeth.
