I won't run for fun, but I sure as hell will run to survive. Dig the concept.

I will have to view this at home because I can't while I'm at work. *hiss* but I think I can tell where this is going and I like Zombie stuffs. :P I even posted the survival guide here somewhere ages ago. So I dig the concept... that being said....

It's a means to an end.

Healthy body = fun times.
 
I used to do high intensity interval training as my cardio. While sprinting I used to imagine I was actually, running for my life. :)
