It's not that Asscrackistan is a superior polity to Breastsburg, it's more of a difference in terms of possible geopolitical strategy.

It's easier to maintain economic freedom in a place like Breastsburg because it's so densely populated. However, Asscrackistan is more likely to be a region without downward decline.
