Radical Politicians and political free for all

This is a think with right wing media, if you're getting all your new from news nation or foxx you are being fed the lie that trans people are responsible for mass shooting.

Yeah, that checks out. The people who make the biggest deal out of trans people being trans are non-trans folks. People don't stop and consider that the trans community would be calmly and happily living their lives if they didn't have to fight for equality because of beliefs like this, because of people spreading garbage like what I just read in that screenshot

I don't understand the capacity to blanket large swaths of people with such loathing and discrimination. There is so much hatred in the hearts of people. It makes me feel nauseous. What a shame that there isn't more love and unity

twisting cis discomfort at the "different" into politically exploitable hatred, rage and grievance... not even radical anymore

No, it isn't radical anymore. It's the reality we're living in, and people don't realize how brainwashed they are. I have noticed a staggering increase in the prevalence of this ever since Trump first took office. It's somehow even worse during his second term though. It's like an infection that has taken root in the hearts of the masses, poisoning them

They are trying their hardest to worsen the division between people, and these efforts have been successful. I fear things devolving further as time continues on

There are like 50 Islamic countries that "refugees" could go to, where there is Sharia Law, but they come to the West to impose it there. Why do you suppose that is?

I hate to be the rational realist here, but both left and right news sources are about 20% news and 80% spin.

By Hamas' own numbers, the ratio of civilian to soldier death rate is about 1:1, which is unprecedented for the kind of urban warfare Israel faced.
In my opinion, we are witnessing a historical paradox.
Imagine seeing your family killed by an Israeli missile: what would your reaction be? Now, reverse the roles: if you were an Israeli seeing a relative paraded through Gaza, and you had the military power to annihilate the threat, what would you do?

This hatred seems destined to be perpetual, passing from generation to generation, as long as radicals on both sides continue to see mutual destruction as the only solution. Personally, I don't see a way out.

Hamas is a terrorist organization. Israel, despite what the UN says, is not.

If Israel wanted to commit genocide, it could have wiped out all of Gaza in a week. They have one of the strongest militaries in the world. If they wanted to kill all of the Gazans, they very well could have. But the population of Gaza in 2025 was virtually the SAME as it was before October 7, 2023, when Hamas killed man, woman, and child, to draw sympathies from the naive and lacking common sense because their version of Islam is synonymous with a death cult.

Forgive me, but I can't quite grasp what you're trying to say. Are you suggesting that this is not a genocide?
I find it hard to believe that a nation like Israel is incapable of carrying out surgical operations without 'making mistakes',such as mistaking a tent camp for a Hamas command center.

Just my opinion.

It's a war, and demanding perfection from any military is idiotic. There are always going to be casualties because it is war, and war is exceptionally messy and almost nothing ever goes according to plan. It is because of precision that the war lasted as long as it did. Because Israel could very well have just leveled all of Gaza in a day with bomb strikes. The media literally tried to make the argument that Israel was the bad guys because they rained leaflets down from the freaking sky telling exactly which buildings they were going to bomb and when. No other military in the world would dream of doing that, but Israel actually got blamed for this.
