Objections:
- some users dislike FF3+ (crashes), and prefer FF2x
- there are many neat browsers out there, outside these 5, and they all tend to get warnings; not nice
- i REALLY hate abusive comments like "choose a modern browser and get real" !!! ----> FU!
- some tricky browsers still use older libraries from ie6x and if this is such an issue, blah
- overall, this means reduction of access for people who actually use very old machines/os; believe me there are more people out there who do, than u can imagine
- it's an implicit push to upgrade machines and software -> NOT NICE!
I love Page&Brin, but they shouldn't have taken this butler guy Agent Schmidt executioner... All he thinks is m$N$y....... he's killing the spirit of the company and I suspect him to be an invader, with support from M$-off. Sounds paranoid? Wait, why not??? Do you think McSoff was just going to let themselves be replaced?! Not our good fellow with the Gates and the Windows...
