Comedians ply their trade on calling out peculiarities that are commonly recognizable by the audience and twisting them just enough to extract the inherent comedic content....Carlin has always been good at this.

Doesn't treat the subject accurately, disregards massive amounts of content, but that's not what he is about....he is about comedy. Always has been.
