Yes! I've noticed that as well, happens all the time here, I'm not sure whether it is a type thing or an introvert thing or just human nature. I just accept it and go with the flow in an SP kind of a way...

I tried to look beyond the thread title to the question.

I don't really like the words "peacemaker" or "peacekeeper". They imply force, to me...
