The unprecedented scale of current police investigations into historic child abuse can be revealed for the first time today, as senior officers warn of the challenge of investigating alleged crimes that go back decades.
An investigation by The Mail on Sunday has revealed that:

The cases are putting police forces – already struggling to deal with 20 per cent budget cuts at the same time as an explosion in online crimes and a heightened terrorism threat – under huge strain as the operations are complex and evidence is difficult to find.
The investigations could expand further when victims give their testimony to the long-delayed public inquiry into historic abuse, which will finally begin in earnest next week as judge Lowell Goddard arrives from New Zealand.
Chief Constable Simon Bailey, who is co-ordinating the police’s work, told The Mail on Sunday: ‘We have done a huge amount in recent years to tackle sexual abuse of children. We have responded to criticism, risen to the challenge and changed the way we engage with victims and how we investigate abuse. As a result, many, many more victims have found the confidence to report abuse.
‘This means we are dealing with an unprecedented number of investigations. Not only is this a financial challenge, it is a challenge for the police service in terms of expertise and numbers of trained and experienced personnel we need.’
He added that the vast majority of abuse is carried out by family members, rather than ‘well-known personalities’, and many forces are also looking into hundreds of individual allegations of historic assaults.
At least 23 of the 43 police forces in England and Wales, plus Britain’s FBI, the National Crime Agency, are working on historic abuse cases that relate to institutions.
There are at least 63 ongoing inquiries involving at least 2,100 alleged victims, with some 133 arrests made in recent years.

Durham Constabulary
Durham police’s biggest-ever investigation is looking into physical and sexual abuse of more than 1,000 inmates at Medomsley youth detention centre near Consett. Officers are trying to track down people who worked there in the 1970s and 1980s as well as alleged victims.
Accused: Two former guards at the centre, Neville Husband and Leslie Johnson, were jailed more than a decade ago and both have since died. Sixteen other members of staff have been questioned in the new inquiry.

Victims: A staggering 1,123 people who were held at the unit have told police they were abused there. One of them, Kevin Young, says he showed his injuries to officers when released from Medomsley as a teenager but was told it was illegal to make such allegations against prison guards.

Pupils of Underley Hall, a school for ‘troubled boys’ near Kendal, and Witherslack Hall School for special needs pupils in Grange-over-Sands say they were abused between the 1970s and 1990s.
Accused: An ex- teacher killed himself after denying abuse allegations. The late Liberal MP Cyril Smith, who escaped prosecution for abusing boys at homes in his native Rochdale, was known to be a regular visitor.
Victims: At least 20 former pupils say they were abused at the two schools. Joseph Ryan, who was at Underley Hall in the early 1980s, said it was a ‘brutal’ regime that often involved boys being stripped of their clothes.

Accused: An investigation is ongoing concerning Sir Cliff Richard, after a man said the pop star had assaulted him after a Christian rally in Sheffield in the 1980s.
Victims: It is thought three people have now made allegations against Sir Cliff. He said: ‘I have never, in my life, assaulted anyone and I remain confident that the truth will prevail.’

Nottinghamshire Police
189 former residents of 18 children’s homes in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire say they were abused between the 1950s and 1980s.
Accused: 11 people have been arrested. Last week, social worker Andy Logins, 56, was charged with rape, indecent assault and causing injury.
Victims: Award-winning actress Samantha Morton, who grew up in residential care, says two men abused her at the Red Tiles home near Nottingham. She said last year: ‘I thought they were really nice people, so I was actually really shocked when it happened.’

Such is the scale of the task of investigating ‘persons of public prominence’ and institutions, police last year set up the over-arching Operation Hydrant to co-ordinate work and share advice.
It will publish details of its activities in May, but The Mail on Sunday has obtained details of most forces’ inquiries.
In London alone, there are 11 investigations that have seen the downfall of once-loved household names, but also led to accusations of a celebrity witch-hunt.
Scotland Yard established Operation Yewtree in 2012 after Jimmy Savile was exposed after his death, and Rolf Harris, Max Clifford and Gary Glitter have since been jailed.
The sprawling Operation Fairbank was set up after campaigning MP Tom Watson told a stunned Commons that there was intelligence suggesting a ‘powerful paedophile network linked to Parliament and No 10’. Suspicions were raised when it emerged that the Home Office had lost a dossier on VIP child abusers handed to then Home Secretary Leon Brittan 30 years ago.
He found himself at the centre of the scandal last year. A woman claimed he raped her as a teenager in the 1960s, while his links to abuse inquiry chairman Fiona Woolf forced her to quit. After he died in January, police raided his homes. Watson said Brittan stood accused of ‘multiple child rape’.
Several forces are now investigating cases involving Cyril Smith, the late Liberal MP who escaped prosecution in his lifetime despite numerous claims he had spanked or sexually assaulted boys.
Greater Manchester Police is carrying out four investigations into historic abuse, one of which covers the Knowl View boys’ home Smith helped run in the 1960s.
Cheshire Police’s investigations involve a school where Smith was said to be a regular overnight visitor, while Northampton Police is looking into claims he was let off despite being caught in possession of child abuse images on the M1.
The biggest single inquiry is Durham Constabulary’s Operation Seabrook. So far 1,123 former inmates of the Medomsley detention centre near Consett have said they were abused by staff.

Judge who quit: It's too vast a task
The first head of the child abuse inquiry has warned that the ‘vast task’ of investigating the ever-growing allegations risks becoming overwhelming.
Former High Court judge Baroness Butler-Sloss was announced as chairman last July but quit within days over alleged conflicts of interest.
Her replacement, Lord Mayor of London Fiona Woolf, also quit after The Mail on Sunday revealed she was friends with Leon Brittan, the ex-Home Secretary at the centre of cover-up allegations.
Next week, the third chairman, New Zealand judge Lowell Goddard, will arrive in London to begin work on the inquiry, which could last as long as five years and cost more than £200 million.
Lady Butler-Sloss said she felt ‘very sorry’ for her successor.
‘She is going to have a really difficult job. The Government appears to be asking her to tackle too many issues at once.
‘She has got a vast task and I fear unless she is selective, which is of course entirely a matter for her, she may just find it too much.’
However she added that Justice Goddard was an ‘excellent choice’ as an experienced judge who was ‘outside the establishment’.
Lady Butler-Sloss admitted that the child abuse allegations were not taken seriously enough in years gone by. ‘I sat on various inquiries, including the Cleveland inquiry in 1987, where it was perfectly obvious that a lot of people were what the social workers call in denial.
‘They would not believe that nice people who were their next-door neighbours could behave like that. They absolutely could not believe it. In the 21st Century, we have come to realise it is true.
‘People did not recognise this was a serious matter and it had to be investigated.’

- Forces around Britain are carrying out more than 60 major investigations into sex attacks and beatings in schools, children’s homes and churches dating back to the 1950s.
- More than 2,000 people have come forward in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal to say they were abused at institutions or by public figures, including prominent politicians.
- A staggering 1,200 of the alleged victims were inmates of just one institution, a northern borstal once visited by the late Home Secretary Leon Brittan and praised for its ‘short, sharp shock’ regime. He himself is now at the centre of a number of abuse claims.
- The first chairman of the troubled Government inquiry into historic abuse has warned of the ‘vast task’ of investigating the spiralling allegations.

Or they want to so fill you with excito-toxins that you cannot feel what exactly is going on within your own bodily field. In so doing, they can manipulate your field, resonating specific vibrations and inserting energetic implants, such that their vibration becomes as ‘white noise’ which you quickly become accustomed and desensitised to…
For example, an energy implant near to the third eye will distract attention from the third eye. Because reality is created from what your attention is focused on, if you’re not fully feeling your main chakras, then you become quickly limited to the denser vibrations. It’s like sitting in an orchestra where the base drum is over-riding the more subtle frequencies. Eventually the base drum is all you ‘hear’.
It might be that an implant in the crown chakra keeps taking you out of the physical density, but into a fourth density illusionary bubble that’s then manipulated. Alternatively you’re artificially ‘revved’ to project anger and blame onto others. Again this in itself is extremely disempowering. It means you’re less likely to access the source of the reality you create.
You may awaken first to an intellectual understanding of the surface level conspiracy – illuminati pawns that leverage society. Then when you awaken consciously, as you connect to the unifying field, you may get a sense of it being unbalanced. But it would be easy to pass this off simply as an aspect of your own ego, as many do. It’s only when you are walking the spiritual path fully, making a constant conscious choice in every moment, that you become fully multi-dimensional… this is essential to its comprehensive understanding. You now read the interplay of events not just at a surface level, but your consciousness is weaving together the patterning behind circumstances, forming an inner consciousness landscape, wherein the full story of what’s taking place comes ingloriously into view…
Right now, the Intervention here is well advanced. Pulling the strings of power from behind the scenes, this consciousness has come close to an almost complete take-over. We see the more obvious external effects of this in the outright control of the media, a ramping up of the police and security state, the bogus war on terror, the stranglehold of big business and banking, control and manipulation of the food chain, and increasing attempts at internet censorship.
Equally, benevolence has been working tirelessly to unwind the Intervention. The situation here is very dense, the field very knotted. It’s like an anchor has been established in the universal flow. It’s that which by the Law of Attraction, cosmic energies have been drawn here to help balance the playing field.
[h=3]The Specifics[/h] The Opposing Consciousness excels at creating what I call ‘synthetic realities’. You and I are now living in one, metaphored wonderfully in the popular film “The Matrix” of course. But can you imagine just how limiting and dehumanising this very real matrix is? Can you imagine the extent to which it is now progressing? One of the main foundation stones the OC has set in place is a vibrational grid matrix that plays two key frequencies: one is what we might call an ELF (extra low frequency) pulse, designed to bring both the Earth’s and our vibration down. But it goes much deeper with other frequencies interwoven and embedded. The agenda has been moving forwards full scale to create a synthetic reality here, of which I see three key tenets:
Geo-engineering: Chemtrails for example, which contain heavy metals would appear to have the main distinct purpose of managing accelerating climate change whilst driving the continuation of the consumptive agenda. But it has also been reported that the aerosols contain nano-technology, which can infuse the body and be used to influence DNA. It is clear our DNA has already been hybridisedfrom the Original Human Form.
GMO: genetically modified food is a crucial part of replacing the natural eco-systems of our planet. Where there is a natural vibration, there’s always the risk to the Intervention that realignment with the source will happen and the Intervention unraveled – that’s why connecting with nature is so importantto people in the awakening movement. The more these natural frequencies can be dampened, the more the overriding frequencies of the matrix will be felt. It’s why eating as much natural and organic food is essential to evolving people.

Advanced Technology: The Intervention agenda is invested in maintaining and amplifying the status quo that we currently witness – one which is out of sync with the natural order of life. It’s using high tech, trans-humanistic strategies which creates a barrier from higher source connectivity. Right now, due to the expansion of the matrix, the Earth’s natural eco-systems are being increasingly suppressed. What is essential to the wakening movement, is to begin to organise in sustainable self-supporting and virtual community groups – like openhandweb.org for example. Which is why the Transition Towns movement is so invaluable. It’s about learning to live with less and discovering that less is very much more.
This is not the extent of it by any means, just the main tenets, which are purposefully being rolled out to create a synthetic reality here on earth which human souls are intended to be enslaved within. In fact this has already happened to an advanced degree, with many souls having being removed from the natural cycle of reincarnation; their karmic memories being wiped so that the soul may be recycled into successive vehicles within the limiting agenda. It’s one reason why the take-over has thus far been so effective. It becomes exceptionally difficult for the soul to see reality and break free without powerful outside realignment assistance.

Essentially, it is being tackled at multiple levels, from cosmic deities and incarnated star souls who hold nullifying, unwinding vibrations, to Gaia herself who has shaken off similar interventions in the past. These vibrational messages have been applied directly through the field, since the intervention began. Now it is beginning to have a positive effect. Opposing Consciousness, which has existed of several interwoven vibrations – several species – is being unwound. Increasingly, spiritual community sites are talking about an Interdimensional Intervention that’s been taking place here on Earth. Such discussions are met with anything from courageous support, quiet agreement or with resistance and outright incredulity. “Where are they?” is often asked “Where’s the evidence?”
Well firstly the Intervention can be observed by its effects – the creation of a synthetic reality of control. But if you actually want to ‘see’ these entities, it is with the inner eye that you must look. We must be fully tuned into our feelings and thoughts. I have encountered this Opposing Consciousness knowingly, countless times over many life times. I know what they’re about and what they’re up to. What’s more important still, we will never heal the situation here on Earth until we have fully engaged this Intervention Consciousness and dealt with it, which I hasten to add, is in our capability to achieve.

At the highest levels, it is formless, which is why some of the more grandiose glamorisations actually inhibit a full understanding. Examples are: over identification with the physical including: fear and lack of trust in not having enough; avoidance, insensitivity and denial of your deep inner self; or devolving personal responsibility to some higher power. You could view it as an extention of your own ego – which is fine. Awareness is the key to breaking this Intervention – because it can only act within your inner consciousness blind spots – where you switch off and become automated (in any way, which includes distancing oneself in bliss or denial). That’s why I’m urging as many as possible with the ears to hear, to get to know this consciousness, that more may overcome and unravel it within their own being – which is the only place it can truly be confronted and dissolved. The Original Human in you has the capacity to do this. A limiting field of consciousness has been created which is practically everywhere. Humanity has become so accustomed to it that it’s slipped into the quiet background of our psyche. Make no mistake, these entities are likely acting in some way within your field, stimulating thought, exacerbating emotion, creating patterns of behaviour that work to keep you in a limited level of consciousness. Because that’s the very nature of Homo Sapiens – a being purposefully downgraded to fit within a synthetic reality; one we must now evolve beyond.

It’s an energy of excessive consumption which plays on sense of lack and disconnection from the divine. It’s about winner and loser; profit and loss; the dog-eat-dog mentality. You can heal it by expressing this warrior energy, but realigning it into positive, creative and uplifting activities. For the first 57 years of my life, I would not have believed in the possibility that a shadow government could exist. Three years ago my world view changed. But, I saw one thing that caught my attention in that I knew that I could easily verify Icke’s assertion. I did my own research and turned out what Icke had stated was true. That led me down a rabbit hole and many, many hundreds of hours of independent research.

Because of a deep rooted beliefs that the U.S. government is “for the people” and the protector of the free world, many will reject the notion of an evil shadow government. When our beliefs are challenged or when two beliefs are inconsistent, cognitive dissonance is created. It was unveiled by Microsoft last week as a fixture of the fall-releasing Xbox One. - Microsoft is actually trying to integrate Kinect into the classroom, sold as a learning tool Kinect will continue to spy on your child all day in school and at home.
- Developed by PrimeSense, Kinect can interpret specific gestures — allowing for true hands-free control using infrared sensors, a camera and microchip to track the movement of individuals in a 3D space. While not confirmed, some experts suggest PrimeSense’s technology was used to train soldiers.
- The new capabilities work alongside improvements to Kinect that allow it to track thumbs, 25 joints of up to six people, and heart rates by scanning a face. While the multiplayer gaming applications for multiple voice processing are obvious, Microsoft is also aiming its Xbox One console firmly for TV and entertainment.

Americans are constantly warned every day that there is a deadly threat from terrorists. From homegrown radical ‘extremists’ to ISIS camps in Mexico, the fear is constantly pumped out to the masses via the mainstream media.
However, there is a much more immediate and deadly threat to Americans across the nation, one that can strike at any time, and one that has killed untold thousands more than lost their lives on September 11th 2001 and every other ‘terrorist’ incident since.
That threat is the police.
You are at the very least, eight times more likely to be killed by a police officer than a terrorist.
Cops in the US are responsible for way more deaths on American soil than terrorism since the year 2000. Indeed, in that time, police have killed at least 5,600 people via gunshots, taserings, beatings and other forms of violence. That figure represents more than the total number of US combat deaths in all wars since 2000.
Those are the findings of Fatal Encounters, an impartial nonprofit organisation working to build a national database of police killings in the US.
The organisation notes that the data it collect is largely “based on public information requests, but the bulk of it–the part that will make it sustain after the structure is built–will use crowdsourcing to update the database.”
“How many people are killed in interactions with law enforcement in the United States of America? Are they increasing? What do those people look like?” the organisation asks on its website.
Vox took the data gathered by Fatal Encounters and created an interactive map of every documented police killing over the past 15 years. It looks like this:
Fatal Encounters states in its mission brief that while the FBI collects vast amounts of information on crime nationwide, it does not release collated statistics on how often police use deadly force.
In addition, it is not even mandatory for local and state agencies to report the circumstances of killings, and consequently, whether police were involved.
“Americans should have the ability to track that act.” the website notes.
Thus, the data collected and used to create the map of police killings is incomplete – significantly incomplete.
Indeed, the organisation estimates that it has only captured about 35 percent of total police killings since 2000 so far. So at best, this map represents a minimum of police related killings over the past 15 years.
By those calculations, around SIXTEEN THOUSAND Americans are likely to have been killed by police in that time. Over 1000, every year.
In comparison with other first world nations; only three people were killed by police in 2014 in the UK; 12 people in Canada, and eight over the past two years in Germany. All this despite the fact that the crime index highlights that countries like the UK aren’t that far behind America in regards to overall crime rate.
The level of police killings only appears to be escalating into an epidemic. It is indicative of an endemic societal divide between Americans and their government (yes police work for the government).
So are you still afraid of phantom ISIS camps on the border? Or does being shot dead merely for having a broken tail light seem a more realistic threat?

The Director of Public Prosecutions has decided that it would not be in the public interest to prosecute serial paedophile Greville Janner, for many years the leader of the Zionist lobby in the UK. I presume that his convenient senility is the reason for non-prosecution.
But the facts of Janner’s activities in Leicester care homes have been known for decades, and there was overwhelming evidence in one particular case. The failure of the state to act against Janner when he was a Labour MP and Chairman of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, is another example of the disgraceful impunity of the powerful in this country. In a pattern that has become familiar to us, police investigating the case were in 1989 warned off by their superiors.
Given Janner’s later preying on boys from care homes, I cannot read this without a shudder. In publishing it, I in no way intend to demean the dreadful suffering of the child survivors of the Holocaust. It appears that Janner may have been preying on the most vulnerable of children for his own purposes, and there could have been a sick motive to his concern:
I was taken up to the Kinderheim, to the Children’s Home, where there were some sixty orphan children, most of whose lives had been saved by monasteries, by being out in the woods or by miracles in each case and they all spoke Yiddish and I didn’t speak Yiddish and it was very difficult to talk to them but we knew some of the same songs so we sang together in Hebrew they knew and I knew the songs and then one of them said to me the first Yiddish words I’ve ever learnt , he said “Gavreal”, which is Greville in Hebrew and (he) called me “Gavreal spishtie ping pong, ping pong” and he pushed back and forwards as though he was holding a ping pong bat so my first words in Yiddish were “ping pong” and I played Ping Pong with them and they taught me a few words of Yiddish and I found it such a moving experience that for the next eighteen months I went back to them every weekend.
My emphasis. Indeed I wonder if this is where it all started for Janner?
Janner is on “leave of absence” from the House of Lords. But according to the parliamentary website, he still retains the following positions, and it appears that not one of these organisations has repudiated him:
Vice President – The Association for Jewish Youth
Vice President – The Jewish Leadership Council
President – The Association of Jewish Ex-Servicemen and Women
Advisory Board – Community Security Trust
Vice President – The World Jewish Congress
Chairman – The Holocaust Educational Trust
Director – The United Jewish Israel Appeal
It is wildly inappropriate, in particular, for the Association for Jewish Youth and the Community Security Trust not to formally dissociate themselves from Janner, and I call on all these organisations to make a statement. The silence is deafening.

We may now live in a world where heart cells that beat on their own are being created in labs and little boys are being fitted with bionic arms that look like those of Iron Man, but the latest foray into biotech is particularly ambitious: fully-functional synthetic eyeballs.
Though eyes are such incredibly complex and sensitive organs that Darwin once described them as "absurd", Italian startup MHOX believes it can synthesize versions that would not only correct the eyesight of those with bad vision but augment it beyond normal human standards.
"Latest developments in bioprinting and biohacking let us imagine that in the near future it would be possible to easily print organic, functional body parts, allowing the human to replace defected districts or enhance standard performance," lead designer Filippo Nassetti told Dezeen.
The Enhance Your Eye (EYE) range would be made using 3D bioprinters which drops different cells into the appropriate position using special needles and have already successfully been employed to create ears, kidneys, blood vessels and more.
The three types of synthetic EYE:
Heal - A basic option that would serve as a replacement for patients who have suffered diseases or traumas related to their eyes.
Enhance - This eye would boost vision up to 15/20 and enable colour filters (turned on and off using pills), in case you've always wanted to see the world like a 1950s camera.
Advance - This frighteningly futuristic organ would come with additional glands at the back for capturing and recording what the person is seeing, being able to connect to Wi-Fi to share the resultant images/videos.

The EYE designers believe the products will be ready to hit the market by 2027, though unsurprisingly given the ambitiousness of the plan there is a long way to go before synthetic eyes are a reality.
3D bioprinting may be advancing at an incredible pace but an eye is a lot more intricate than a kidney. There is also a danger of biohackers becoming complacent - just ask the guy who's about to have his head transplanted.
