Not really. They are fun and interesting characters and I often find people telling me that I look like one. I wouldn't call that an obsession.

In the picture album located in the profile, it can be seen. And, I am fairly well versed in the Silmarillion. I started reading it ages ago, but got distracted with something else. I know the general story concerning Melkor (Morgoth), the Valar, the Maiar, and the Silmarils crafted by Feanor. I really need to finish it. :/
