  • Yeah, same! Ah, it's been so busy-- bit overwhelming really. Let's talk soon! Let me know when you're free :)
Right? In my case, however, it's the nocturnal vacation schedule. -.- The thread is posted, btw.
Ok, I'm finishing up this year. I'm currently struggling to get my culminating grad project done on time, and I'm scrambling to start my data collection, which is way behind schedule. After graduation, I'll have to fill up a few months of dead space until I presumably get hired by the overlords who gave me this year's tuition. T_T
I deem this description worthy of my greatness! How's it going with school? You're almost done too, aren't you?
    you get the work? XDD

Eat well, sleep well. >_< Even that can indeed be hard. Nevertheless; good luck D: eat some fruit!
It was some sort of a dessert sushi. It has vanilla sauce, chocolate, melon, mango, and strawberry. It's an interesting experiment. XD

Inari is a beancurd skin, of some sort; those are VERY VERY sweet and OM NOM NOM NOM

    Anyway. How have you been?
I'm not happy with America's obsession with buying, either. It's become very, very unhealthy and even immoral to the point where even children are getting caught in the web. I don't mean that they're marketing toy trucks and dolls to them, I mean that children are being marketed sex, and are being sex-marketed. It gets me down to see all that stuff, but that's reality.

What country would you go to? XD
ah; yeah, some variants of the sushi present here tend to be pretty fancy and uses weird and exciting ingredients. OTOH, they don't all use fishes and/or seafoods...so in some ways they don't taste exactly like sushi..I mean, some uses meat; others even uses strawberries and mangoes. XD

The traditional ones relies completely to the freshness of the seafood. In some ways they are pretty simple, aren't they?

My guilty pleasure is admittedly tamago and inari. >_< Dang, I can eat two; three servings of them by itself. (..and at some time, the rice becomes much of a hassle. OM NOM NOM)
Ah; at least you've tried; it's fine if you don't like it :D
It was the same with me with the nori / seaweed rolls. I'm fine with it in sushi / as a topping, but eaten alone...I cannot. (I used to be able, but now I cannot)

It seems you prefer the traditional kind of sushi?

I do like cheese sauce in sushi....to a certain degree. It's got to be a certain combination. Cheese sauce makes the entire food tastes too heavy, so I either prefer the other toppings to be light (some fish like salmon, or vegetables); alternatively, it would be the other side and the sushi is topped with many 'heavy' toppings (unagi / eel, for instance. The deep fried sushi also counts here).
I much prefer mayo on (some) sushi.

How was the interview? did you do well?
That's good too. Yeah, I really appreciate you sharing that. I have a similar youtuber I like called dexthepole.
