I feel very enthusiastic about working with people who are incarcerated. This is giving me my opportunity to become a counselor - which is a huge goal of mine. How can I NOT be grateful? I also have confidence that I will get help along the way in maintaining my sanity should I get carried away down the rabbit hole with inmates "stories". Do you know what I mean? WooHoo. I'm excited you'll be working soon in a place you find pleasant.
How goes the new position? Finding your balance yet?

how did you find this feeling of peace? your years of hard work are paying off?
i'm doing great. i was getting very absorbed in my own world for a while but i'm coming back from that now. i'm on complete holidays at the moment and feeling very relaxed. getting my licence was an amazing feeling of achievement but i really hate driving and i haven't been driving alone even once yet. but if you say it gets more fun i'll have to try it.
