  • Lol Robert and Norbert would've sounded awesome imo, especially if you guys were twins ;D
I'm glad your passion is coming back, you do seem happier to me from your more recent posts. Won't presume to know what inspired it, but I hope it continues for you :)

How about yourself? Where are you from? How do you like the infjforum? Whats does it feel like to be an NT in an SF/NF culture. How did you adjust to being yourself. Are you able to identify with emotions and thoughts and would you react differently to logic and feelings? I like your av, do you change your av often?

I'm doing great. I like this forum very much, it's a great procrastination tool hehee. What does it feel to be an NT amongst NF/SFs? Surprisingly comfortable, I feel like it's easier to let my guard down around here, since people are so accepting. And certainly I give precedence to logic over emotion, but I'm not one to neglect the emotional repercussions of any decision. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by how did I adjust to being myself...?

Thanks for saying you like my av btw, I like it too, of the approximately 5 or so I've had it's probably my fav =) Yours for some reason reminds me of pacman, Lol

Is that my imagination or did my writing become green, ah your settings. Cool, cool, ah preview its black. Speaking of which how do you change layouts like that?

Of late I have started to ask and communicate unlike before and this is either good or strange. Depending on how others find the quizzical nature I'm apt to have these days.

And in that respect what do you think of stubbornness, do infps get stubborn, have you been stubborn, if so why? Examples? Can stubbornness be defensive, emotional and more?

Something I've wanted to, its like there I was telling someone that they have a partial false premise and then said sure but persistence in exercising works in caps lock and then I stubbornly said but yeah persistence sounds like a chore, when we change our premise that its fun to do then its rarely about being persistent and more about the pleasure of exercising or something. Haha if I'd know. Then I went whats your diet like. So yeah stubbornness, wants to understand the complexities of stubbornness more.

You have an interesting perspective on things. I like your comment about stubborness. Sometimes, i'm persistent about making a point. But then it's perceived as pushy, and then i have to back away so i don't offend. :D I think we are all of course capable of being stubborn, especially we have strong values or beliefs about something. And it can be defensive - to protect oneself from harm or being taken advantage of, it can also be emotion for the same reasons. Stubborness can be a good thing or bad depending on how and/or why it is being used.

How are you Anita? I see you've been here for some time, how do you like the atmosphere here, is this your first forum? Do you like paintings, do you paint yourself? What do you like about painting? Would you describe how you feel when you see a painting that you like? Have you tried painting, would you like to? Are there different painting moods, would painting intuitively be different from painting emotionally?

Whats your imaginative and creative process like?

I'm good thx. Not my first forum - this one's nice. I'm not a painter, but i've tried in the past; i'm ok i guess. Painting intuitively is very different from painting emotionally i think but i'm not sure why. This would be a great thread question. You should consider posting it. :)
The avatar is surprisingly gratifying. I don't feel very free to indulge in negative feelings irl, and actually that habit is hard to break online too.
    Life is interesting...

I'm considering becoming a Christian missionary to Japan in about 2 or 3 years. I'm turning 30 in less than 4 months, and my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer yesterday.

It's a whirlwind for me, man.

Glad to hear things are starting to look up for you. I find that no matter what happens in my life, the hope I have in the future life, is more than enough to sustain me.
That's right! Synapse! How's it going?
Yes, I agree. NFs have a little more cheerfulness... but with that comes a lot of emotional ranting - so prepare yourself for that. EVERYONE has PMS here ;)
Hihi... So you my dear have piqued my interest. Your stats say you're a newbie, but I'm inclined to believe that that isn't true. Have you been here for a while? Also, your avatar is stunning. I'm enjoying your presence. Have I been enjoying it for a while... that is the question...
Hey man, things are fine, thanks f'r askin'. :D
I admit, one of the main reasons I come here is to see what these crazy INFJs think of us crazy INFPs.
