Hey no worries here. I fail to see how murdering an innocent puppy is not animal cruelty though. But I do see your point. It's not a knee jerk reaction for me, it's just my opinion of the philosophical question at hand. I could argue back and forth about it until the cows come home but it just comes down to it being wrong in my eyes.
Too serious? Animal cruelty is no joke! Next stop is homicide so I'd rather just put a stop to that. =P
If it isn't a logical pattern, what meaning does it have? Logical patterns are easy to figure out. Conscious or subconscious desires, needs. Yes, I do recognize these. This would also lead to a possibly unbiased basis for the question you seek. If one were to truly wish for opinion's of this sort, a blank slate is best.
