    Restraint requested a new article section for the sci-fi/fantasy short story contest, and now I can't find the settings in the admin CP. Help? :D

    yup, I guess so, which is weird since from my knowledge only you and I were able to get ban powers, I thought tim and the other people didn't receive it for some reason even though you granted them it. I think it reboots itself after an hour though, which is why I think I have to keep banning certain people over and over again.
