I have kind of typed the characters. But I am probably wrong.. They are so over the top and basically caricatures soo..
I think Michael Scott is either ENFP or ESFP.
Dwight is ISTJ.
Oscar INTJ.
Pam is INFJ and Jim is ENFJ.
Andy is ESFP.

Nods. Dwight is an obvious xSTJ. Although I go back and forth on this, his range of community involvements makes me think E over I. I'd also wager his Te comes before his Si.

Like you said, it's difficult to say. They're all so blown up out of reality lately, so I guessbest thing would be to look at season 1 and 2.

I would say maybe ENTP. He does not strike me as a feeler.
