"Society's Bias Against Motherhood Is Creating a New Problem"

we have come to believe the problem is with ourselves and search for individual solutions. In the end, this means we don't work together to create institutional systems that would benefit all.

agree with this statement in the article. The solution is often seen as the individual's responsibility by expecting them to adjust to the demands of the society and the workplace. I think this is where creating more jobs with greater flexibility and more opportunity for changes in schedules while still maintaining work productivity are the jobs of the future. Work at home jobs tried to do this but they didn't work out the way everyone expected. I think the best solution is one where parents will not have to choose between their kids and their jobs/income.
