I would like to get rid of some bad memories, there are some fights that my parents had in my childhood that I would like to banish, I would also like to get rid of some traumatic experiences as a young adult. But I think, just by changing the way that I remember, and if I focus more on the positive memories, then I should be able to change my perspective and my outlook.
