As an INFJ, I tend to hold a lot of my emotions in and they continuously build up. Unfortunately, this means that the worst of my emotions can come out onto the person I'm most comfortable with, which is my INTP boyfriend. He has low Fe and sometimes its hard for him to understand my emotions but when my emotions get pushed to the limit its almost as if I go crazy and dont have a filter anymore. I hate these emotional outbursts that happen...Any advice on how to make them less "emotional?"
