With the first problem, I think you should give her some time. Let her know that you're trust worthy. She must be pretty scared and doesn't want you to leave. I think you need to show her that you are a man of your word somehow.
I think, in my opinion, she would like it if you did this
"Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat, or will stay awake just to watch you sleep... wait for the boy who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats, who holds your hand in front of his friends, who thinks you' re just as pretty without makeup on. One who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares and how lucky he is to have YOU... The one who turns to his friends and says, thats her..."
But don't be too sappy about it, I think that would kind of turn her off.
Anyway, give her some time, let her know that she can trust you. If she doesn't trust you after about a couple of months or a couple of weeks (idk which one) then I think you need to let her go. Relationships build on trust and if she can't trust you then it isn't really much of a relationship.
