As bad as candy cigarettes.

I was allowed to watch the simpsons and unmonitored internet acesss :D
 
I wasn't allowed to watch the Simpsons, in fear that it would warp my mind. Apparently my parents had seen bad reviews in the paper. Heh. So I named my cat Bart, and my sister named her cat Lisa.

Later on we were allowed to watch it, and I ignored them and watched South Park too.
 
what's your parents problem? they sound retarded
 
Nope, just protective.

When I was 15 they stopped preventing me from doing weird things or watching what I wanted.
 
I was allowed to watch both south park and the Simpsons. Rule was I could go swearing like crazy but even then they wouldn't do a lot. At worst they would just tell me not to be a smart ass.
 
sucks for you, my parents didn't restrict me at all I think I saw my dad's porn once. on christmas....

so, who cares if I wasn't born? point is my parents didn't restrict me over stupid things like a TV show.
 
true but I was for south park. They're biggest issue was when it was on and they gave up on that when I was up till midnight anyway and just told me I'll be chewing soap if they heard me swear excessively.
 
never got into south park.

As a kid, I liked Law & Order....
