Animals you like

I realize why I love bears so much, we're both perceived as
dangerous even though we're really not.
That aside other animals I love:
Felines. Especially house cats and lynxes.
I find lynxes to be the sexiest of cats. They also
remind me of Vladimir Putin. I think it's the level
of alertness.
Dogs: My favourite breeds are english mastiffs,
rottweilers, afghan hounds, labs.
I like birds but I am particular about the breed of bird.
I mainly like poicephalus parrots because I feel our
moodyness is complimentary and we really understand
each other. Herons, puffbirds, and cardinals. Cardinals
have such personalities!
I like that elephants are in a sense, romantic. I find them
really relatable to humans. The way that they only mate
with one elephant for their life, the way that they raise their
offspring, etc... I wonder if perhaps back when we were
evolving at some time elephants and humans were close
and we picked up some of our nature from them. I find
their staunch size breathtakingly beautiful, the benign power
that their bodies hold is incredible.
Scorpions and jellyfish are both really cool in that dangerous way.
Squirrels are fun to watch.
The way that the organism that is coral functions is amazing. Life
can be so utterly complex in such simplicity.
I could go on.

The only dog I ever owned was a white husky who looked almost exactly like this, and he was just the best dog ever...I still cry when I think about how much I miss him sometimes. :[
*ahem* I believe the word you meant was species. Anyhow, yep, very moody and even standoffish, as Pablo could tell ya!
my mom's dog, Ava (german shepherd). she's my best friend. she's my ears, eyes, and most of all, nose. i can walk through my mom's house once, just to grab one thing, and she and Ava will come back hours later and she'll freak out just because she can still smell me. she's YOUR friend, too...but if someone ever came at me, she'd tear their throat clear out of their neck and prance around with it in her mouth like she'd just won the lottery...just to keep me safe. she's such an amazing being. if you've ever read 'the art of racing in the rain', she'll definitely be reborn as a human.
