Probably because it's the only bird that already knows how to swim.... the experience was probably alot more familiar to it.
Though, the chicken should have known better; it can launch itself off the ground for very short distances.
(I just saw penguins at the zoo on thursday, and the motions they used to swim were exactly like what this penguin did)

I love those!
Actually I was feeling a bit down today and could feel my shadow trying to rise but funnily enough seeing that flying commercial really picked me up. And yours, inkling, was the icing on the cake!
