I've watched the show since the beginning of the reboot, So I have full knowledge of the a least three doctors, Ecclestion is my favorite, but then again he was my first Doctor. I Like Smith as a Doctor, but as the Doctor I think he does a rather poor job, the only person he can be certain of saving at any given time is Amy, and he doesn't show the kind of regret that Smith and tenant did when they lost people. But he has a certain attraction that comes from being so different then both of his previous incarnations.
