I remember you mentioning that tinychat is banned in Iran though, and that you have to use anti-filter to access it, so that could be impairing functionality.
From the steps you're taking/screenshots you showed before, it looks like you're doing everything right, so the first step is to make sure your Flash is up to date. : )
