  • My dear friend  I am SO sorry to hear about your computer! That's awful! :( Life always seems to throw us "curve-balls" especially at times when we already have enough on our plates, doesn't it? Bless your heart. I am thinking of you and hoping and praying that you are doing well. I always love hearing from you! Take care, my friend.
Hi sweetie  I'm still thinking of you and I pray all is okay. I've been sensing a few things. Just so you know, in case you don't happen to notice it on my page, my Mac fried due to a manufacturer's defect so I am currently without access. I am trying to work some things out and am praying that is sooner rather than later. But I just wanted you to know in case there is a delay in my reply, that's why. Please take care and I'm thinking of you and praying for you always! :)
"There really isn't anything new under the sun. Solomon was a very wise man, no?" As I am not "wise" :w:....I don't know as I could say he is.... But looking back on my life and all I've endeavored to learn - his statement does appear to be true. There really is nothing new under the Sun. It feels as if we humans keep struggling to learn the same things as our ancestors having been trying to do for thousands of years.
Hello my dear friend  I am thinking of you & am going to be in touch as soon as possible. I am hoping there won't be many, if any, emergency calls because I am trying to respond right now. I pray that you are well!
I wonder whether feeling different implies that one is inordinately conscious of being different, as opposed to being too preoccupied with "other things" to care. Or it may imply that one has yet to acquire the experience of satisfyingly coping with the external circumstances.

Perhaps by consciously engaging the auxiliary function, however, one may see one's connection to the world (though not necessarily conforming to its perceived standards).
Indeed, life is very busy! Thank you for understanding! I have taken the day off, except for emergency calls. *whew* My schedule is typically 24/7, sometimes for days at a time, so often even when I'm technically online, I'm "afk." I get the sense that you know all too well what the definition of "hectic life" is very often. I'm glad you loved that quote ;) I thought it was hilarious as well. There are so many. There is a link to famous cat quotes that I love. So your kids are doing crazy stuff too, huh? What kind of antics do yours get up to? LOL. (Just imagining...) I hope it's okay but there are a few kitty videos that are hilarious I thought you might enjoy, if you haven't seen them. Here are the links in case you'd like a good laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWgLmHP94IQ&feature=related ... http://www.youtube.com/embed/vzctcWJZ9DU?rel=0 .... http://www.youtube.com/embed/8ZuCT4PmurY?rel=0 :D
Hi, my friend. So sorry for my delay in responding. I love that you and your hubby were studying the Old Testament prophets and that's how the boys got their names! I'm in ministry and that's the gifting God called me to as well so I studied them all, finding it very interesting. I absolutely love Mirepoix name too, how incredibly unique and meaningful it is. I had a feeling your reasons were due to the meaning of the word, but I love how it relates to her specifically! :) I love that your hubby loves them as well, and you're definitely 100% right about how they do what they want, LOL. As the old English proverb says, "In a cat's eye, all things belong to cats." So true, isn't it? I also love this quote: "In the beginning, God created man, but seeing him so feeble, He gave him the cat." - Warren Eckstein. I must say also that I related 100% to what you said: "I find it to be good therapy to just laugh at things, then get back down to business." I am exactly the same way and couldn't agree more. INFJs can get intense due to being "called upon" so much and having that outlet to just laugh and let go is so needed for us to maintain balance. I too visit LOLCats a lot. I have so many of my favorite images saved in a file to go back to anytime :w: I hope you have a wonderful day friend and keep those great posts coming! I always love reading them.
Thanks so much for the friend request  I enjoyed very much reading about your 3 fur-babies. Their names are so incredibly unique! I noticed that 2 are Biblical names, that's definitely neat. Mirepoix if I remember correctly is French in background? Do you mind my asking how these names came about for each? I have found with mine that their names don't always come to me immediately, it just happens naturally as I see their personalities. I'm so sorry to hear about the loss you had. When you love them as we do, they are family and it is devastating. I am so glad you wound up adopting the twins from what you found out after-all was a horrible kitten mill! Thank God they are out of business! They're lucky to have such a loving home - all 3 of the cuties. Cats are my favorite too and believe me when I say that I can relate to the potential of being a crazy cat lady if not "wrangled in," ha ha  They are just so smart and always know how to make us laugh and smile with their antics! Such joyous, irreplaceable pieces of our hearts and lives. It sounds like your hubby loves them as well? I know with mine, the topic is often what the kids are up to now. :D Have you ever visited the LOL Cats website?
How can we not adore them, right? :) Do you mind if I ask which kind of 4 legged kids you have and how many? I have 2 at the moment - both cats. One is "Queen of the Universe" (very very rotten) Sugar aka Shug as seen in photo and a kitten I rescued not long ago called Punky aka Mrs. Jackie Chan because she is not normal in her abilities at all, ha ha! I have had over the years close to 100 that I rescued and fostered to get healthy and find homes for or wound up adopting myself - both cats and dogs. I am just an animal lover in general. I can't stand to see one suffer so I wish I could take them all in.
