Thanks. It might sound cold, but I don't really care what happens to my uncle. He's never shown respect nor compassion for my family, but I understand why my mother still wants to help him. My parents already loaned hum thirty grand which they'll probably never see again so I can also understand why my father is hesitant to give any more.

Don't let those T types in the IT field make you feel any different. When in doubt just express some feelings and watch them be confused.lol kidding...
I imagine it to be mental but I know also that the ability to move from diffferent fields are much easier once you have decent amount of experience. My mom is an IT engineer and as she gained a lot of experience she was able to leverage it and switch into areas she was more interested in. Good luck!

Not great. Visited my parents, but they spent the weekend arguing over whether to give a loan to my uncle. He lost millions in the recession and is now broke. How was yours? -
