  • Or I could just sit on the couch and eat wheaties all day. Lolz. But yeah, protein would have helped. It was just that I was eating in the school dining hall and that's the healthiest thing I could find. Either that or sausage.
For breakfast I had toast, yogurt and coffee. For lunch I had a tuna sandwich and then whatever was for dinner. Usually I was between 2500 and 3000 on hiit days.

Idk but it just made me uber tired.
oh if you dont wanna come in i understand. people need thicker skin anyway-- i'll prepare them so they can handle you next time! LOL
Here you go (LINK), infact his work on the collective unconscious was what lead to the idea of the 'Anima' and 'Ego' and then to fit the archetypes to them.
Sorry, I didn't ignore your post, you actually made me think of whether animals can really feel pain as we humans do, so I pulled stuff from google to see what they have to say. I can't say for sure if animals have the same circuits to feel the way we do, but I can say that they feel pain of some sort. Emotional pain is another thing, can they become depressed or lonely? That was an interesting post, one that I wasn't ready to respond to.
any idea or mental state is a figurative brain circuit that the brain itself can contemplate, like having an idea about an idea, or a mental state about the mental state-- there is no theoretical limit to thought process. that is the infinity within, or often called 'god.' it is the realization that you are the sum of your thoughts; and because you think you are, you are, and because you are, you think you are.
along with that realization comes the ability to make your universe as awesome as possible!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry, it wouldn't post this long message I had written out to you earlier. :(

Mostly that I don't feel safe being that open about myself other places I guess. Self conscious of seeming too soft I guess.
