Later today David is coming over and we are going to attempt to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies. Mmmmm.... I hope they turn out good. Although I am finally realizing carbs and alcohol are not healthy for me. I am in the process of reassessing what I consume - yet again. In about 2 weeks I have my first appt with a Dr of Naturapathy. Did I say that correctly? Anyway - his name came to me from a friend. I am looking forward to hearing what he has to say. If you can get some sunshine - grab it today during a break from your studies. :love:

Doing pretty good this morning. About to go mow on my 2 acre "yard". Surprisingly I have energy this morning. I have a telephone appointment with my Shaman/Coach today at noon. I wonder where that will lead me. He messaged me that he was looking forward to talking to me. I laughed....because I have mixed feelings when it comes to doing those sessions with him. I usually end up processing old and very painful shit. You know it feels good later...but during the process...ouch! :lol:
