    It went relatively well I guess. I always start out really trying to participate, and then I just withdraw back into myself. I guess it'll take time.

    Aww thats good. Focus on things that make you feel good or any kind of distractions because they really help :) Often there is an bad circle, like you cant sleep so you're up all night and the body sleeps for too long and you're soo fatigued! I feel like that today haha (but I just woke up so hope it goes away). Be careful if you are going to take medication, often they to more harm than good.

    I have generally been good but I have to start studying hard Now sort of, but I keep procastinating. xD
