    Oh... Well off for summmer, meaning less Computer time. That, and my phone has been playing up lately, meaning it's inclined to take about ten minutes loading a single thread, so I lose all will to post and stick to replying to visitor messages, which I actually never get, so BLEH.

    I am surprised to see ATi actually topping Nvidia. Things were looking pretty bad for them for a while. What games have you been playing?

    Thanks for the FYI. I was actually on TeamATi at one point which was officially sponsored before AMD bought them out. We switched to TeamPalit at that time which also fizzled over time, They retracted a lot of their US presence.

    I haven't kept up on a lot of the consumer end stuff for the past couple of years.

    How are you liking that 5870 (Was that what you said you had)?

    I was thinking of picking up a cheapy 4870.

    I only have 3 2TB drives in it right now which equates to 4TB in RAID 5. But I buy drives as I need to add on. I am just using my old Dual Core Opteron and a couple gigs of RAM to power it, but that is more than enough, I just don't get redundancy with the proc/PSU etc.

    Here's one with 8x hot swap SATA 2 drives that I got for my home storage array. RAID 5 with up to 14TB of storage. I'M SORRY I CAN'T STOP IM ADDICTED!

    Yeah, the music and performance area is intimidating to jump in to, but the best part about it is you generally don't have to (or want to) quit your day job. Most of stuff in that world happens when everyone is out of work. The band part is hard at first being an introvert, but totally doable. Friends of friends area great way to network into creating or joining a band.

    hah yeah i was feeling a little awkward replying to Odyne's thread the way i did with this av, it seemed discordant. i'll try to find a different one~ same color scheme though, since i love these colors. and yeah, you should change yours too, you're sweeter than your av would suggest ;)
