Some of the directors here are real assholes. They literally throw fits like children, sometimes they demand someone be fired due to something completely out of their hands, let alone standing up for themselves. And this is pretty consistent behavior for them. There is plenty of BS in between too.
They get away with behavior like the above mentioned because they make the company money, usually lots of it. I, for one, am glad to see some intervention, as long as it stays focused on defending the individuals, and not some other agenda.
Let the kids grow up a little, candy isn't the only thing to strive for on the playground.
