Joe vs the Volcano is my all-time favorite movie.

    Don't think I've seen it.

Check it out. This I believe was the first of the Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan combinations. Meg is awesome in this movie, as she plays 3 completely different archetypal characters in Joe's life.
The movie is a type of "fairy tale". It was very under received during its play, but has become a cult favorite.

This is one of the more iconic scenes from the movie.
    Ossie Davis is great.

I mean come on... Who could ask for more?
And the best part is that it is clear that they wrote the script for who they cast in the parts. All of these iconic actors are exactly who you would want them to be.

I won't be attaching any more clips after this one for the sake of spoiling it. This scene moves through me every time I see it. This scene also shows how great the cinematography is. The pace of the story is perfect to, where there are no scenes that take too long, or are too short. Goosebumps every time.

The music and imagery on these end-credits give me so much peace.

Yes, IKR. He's still an accomplished actor.
