Many websites say INFPs are dreamers, but im curious to know what do you guys dream about? Are the dreams relating to more fantasy based themes or more grounded to reality ones. What are some of your dreams and nightmares?

Definitely fantasies. Talking unicorns walking on rainbow with glitters. I think this is another thing that differentiate INFJ and INFP? INFJ's fantasies are based on modified reality.
