It seems that even Associated Press writers have been so utterly propagandized by the corrupt vaccine industry that they can't tell truth from lies anymore. An AP story authored by Gosia Wozniacka and published yesterday on Yahoo News repeats an oft-repeated vaccine industry lie, claiming that mercury has been "phased out" of all vaccines.

"The CDC has phased out a mercury-containing preservative in vaccines as a precautionary measure," claims the Associated Press story. Unfortunately, that's simply not true. The claim is utterly false, even according to the CDC itself.

As Natural News has extensively documented in articles like this one, even the CDC openly admits mercury is still used in vaccines. In fact, the CDC vaccine additives page, found here, repeats this admission that mercury is still used in vaccines.

Furthermore, I have independently tested a flu vaccine in the Natural News Forensic Food Lab using ICP-MS instrumentation that's sensitive to parts per billion across all heavy metals. In these tests, I found an astonishing 51 parts per million of mercury in a flu vaccine. That's over 25,000 times the EPA's maximum allowable concentration of mercury in drinking water. (That same test also found 0.4ppm of Aluminum in the flu shot.)

To my knowledge, I am the only journalist in America who runs a private ICP-MS laboratory. You would think that if the AP was really interested in whether there's mercury in vaccines, they would hire a laboratory to run the tests and find out what the science really says. Heck, I'd run the tests for them for free...

But as we've all come to find in recent weeks, when it comes to reporting on vaccines, the mainstream media believes fact-checking is never required. After all, if anybody actually checked the facts on vaccines, they would find the fact diverging quite radically from the science-pimping propaganda that falsely claims "all vaccines are safe and effective."

[h=1]When it comes to reporting on vaccines, the entire mainstream media knowingly lies because it dare not report the truth about vaccine dangers[/h]It is especially fascinating to note that the vaccine propaganda has reached such a fanatical fervor across America that even Associated Press writers are now blindly repeating the vaccine industry's most persistent lies. What we are dealing with here, friends, is a nationwide epidemic of mercury denialism combined with the total abandonment of all the children who have been severely damaged by vaccines.

The delusional status of media writers has now become a serious integrity crisis for the entire mainstream media -- an institution that's losing more credibility with every single dishonest vaccine story they publish. Much of what you read about vaccines now in the mainstream media is nothing more than lying media sources quoting each other's fabricated lies in a ridiculous circus of self-delusional non-logic.

When even the AP can't get its story straight about the ingredients being in vaccines, you know there's a huge credibility problem in the media. It's no coincidence this same AP story also quotes government officials saying GMO and pesticides are safe, too. Sure they are. Because that's the fabricated narrative being shoved down everybody's throats these days under the fanatical banner of "SCIENCE!"

[h=1]Vaccine skeptics are the real scientists[/h]What's really interesting in all this is how vaccine advocates are the ones abandoning science with their rampant mercury denialism. Believing that mercury does not exist -- even when it does -- is pretty bizarre. It's arguably just as bizarre as believing the Earth is flat.

But vaccine skeptics such as myself are the actual scientists in the room: I run an atomic spectrometry lab (see videos here) using high-level instrumentation that can detect mercury and other elements. Thankfully, this instrument operates on the laws of physics, not the delusions of the propagandized masses in the mainstream media.

And because my Agilent 7700X ICP-MS instrument operates on the laws of physics rather than delusional propaganda, it detects mercury in vaccines using real SCIENCE. The Associated Press, of course, has absolutely no interest in my independent lab confirming the presence of mercury in today's vaccines. That scientific finding doesn't fit their fraudulent pro-vaccine narrative based on total fabrications.

Something I've noticed about the Agilent 7700X ICP-MS instrument is that, unlike every single person in the mainstream media, it will not change its answers after being screamed at by arrogant "vaccine lunatics" who claim to represent science (while actually demonstrating total pathological lunacy). No matter how often you shout at the ICP-MS instrument "There's no mercury in vaccines!" it will still tell you how much mercury it's finding, down to parts-per-billion accuracy.

According to almost every single vaccine pusher being quoted in the media today, my Agilent ICP-MS instrument is a "conspiracy theorist" because it keeps telling me there's mercury in vaccines. Go figure.

[h=1]Entire mainstream media in total denial of medical reality[/h]Beyond suffering from "mercury denialism," the entire mainstream media is also deeply invested in the willful denial that there are a growing number of children who are damaged by the toxic heavy metals and chemical adjuvants intentionally added to vaccines.

Those additives include -- according to the CDC -- all the following neurotoxic substances:

A senior scientist at MIT has declared that we are facing an epidemic of autism that may result in one half of all children being affected by autism in ten years. Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who made these remarks during a panel presentation in Groton, MA last week, specifically cites the Monsanto herbicide, Roundup, as the culprit for the escalating incidence of autism and other neurological disorders. Roundup, which was introduced in the 1970’s, contains the chemical glyphosate, which is the focal point for Seneff’s concerns. Roundup was originally restricted to use on weeds, as glyphosate kills plants. However, Roundup is now in regular use with crops. With the coming of GMO’s, plants such as soy and corn were bioengineered to tolerate glyphosate, and its use dramatically increased. From 2001 to 2007, glyphosate use doubled, reaching 180 to 185 million pounds in the U.S. alone in 2007.

Of those, DT, Influenza, and Meningococcal are the only ones given to children < 7yrs old. DT has a trace of thimerasol, and the other two have thimerosol-free formulas as alternatives(see first link)

While it is true that thimerasol has been phased out, it has not been completely eliminated.

Abstract

Ethylmercury in thimerosal-preserved childhood vaccines has been suggested to be neurotoxic and to contribute to the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism. Immune system function may be an important factor influencing vulnerability of the developing nervous system to thimerosal. This possibility is based in part on a report by Hornig et al. (2004, Mol. Psychiatry 9, 833–845) of neurodevelomental toxicity in SJL/J mice that develop autoantibodies when exposed to organic mercury. The present study reexamined this possibility by injecting neonatal SJL/J mice with thimerosal, with and without combined HiB and DTP vaccines. Injections modeled childhood vaccination schedules, with mice injected on postnatal days 7, 9, 11, and 15 with 14.2, 10.8, 9.2, and 5.6 μg/kg mercury from thimerosal, respectively, or vehicle. Additional groups received vaccine only or a 10 times higher thimerosal + vaccine dose. Low levels of mercury were found in blood, brain, and kidneys 24 h following the last thimerosal injection. Survival, body weight, indices of early development (negative geotaxis, righting) and hippocampal morphology were not affected. Performance was unaffected in behavioral tests selected to assess behavioral domains relevant to core deficits in neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism (i.e., social interaction, sensory gating, anxiety). In an open-field test the majority of behaviors were unaffected by thimerosal injection, although thimerosal-injected female mice showed increased time in the margin of an open field at 4 weeks of age. Considered together the present results do not indicate pervasive developmental neurotoxicity following vaccine-level thimerosal injections in SJL mice, and provide little if any support for the hypothesis that thimerosal exposure contributes to the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Abstract

Thimerosal is a vaccine antimicrobial preservative which has long been suspected an iatrogenic factor possibly contributing to neurodevelopmental disorders including autism. The association between infant vaccine thimerosal exposure and autism remains an open question. Although thimerosal has been removed from mandatory childhood vaccines in the United States, thimerosal-preserved vaccines are still widely used outside of the United States especially in developing countries. Notably, thimerosal-containing vaccines are being given to the newborns within the first 12–24 h after birth in some countries. To examine the possible neurotoxic effects of early neonatal exposure to a higher level of thimerosal, FVB mice were subcutaneously injected with thimerosal-mercury at a dose which is 20× higher than that used for regular Chinese infant immunization during the first 4 months of life. Thimerosal-treated mice exhibited neural development delay, social interaction deficiency, and inclination of depression. Apparent neuropathological changes were also observed in adult mice neonatally treated with thimerosal. High-throughput RNA sequencing of autistic-behaved mice brains revealed the alternation of a number of canonical pathways involving neuronal development, neuronal synaptic function, and the dysregulation of endocrine system. Intriguingly, the elevation of anterior pituitary secreting hormones occurred exclusively in male but not in female thimerosal-treated mice, demonstrating for the first time the gender bias of thimerosal-mercury toxicity with regard to endocrine system. Our results indicate that higher dose of neonatal thimerosal-mercury (20× higher than that used in human) is capable of inducing long-lasting substantial dysregulation of neurodevelopment, synaptic function, and endocrine system, which could be the causal involvements of autistic-like behavior in mice.


So there is some evidence that at extremely high dosages, much higher than seen in vaccinations, that thimerosal becomes neurologically toxic. However, there is no evidence of neurological effects at the dosages currently being administered. Suspected links have not been proven scientifically. This does not mean that it does not exist, only there is a lack of empirical confirmation of such a link.

Official data shows that as recently as December, PHE labs were monitoring samples of just 15 cases a week involving patients with the strain.
Last month, after The Telegraph highlighted doctors’ concerns that mutations in the

The new study found that the vaccine is protecting just 3.4 per cent of people from flu.
Those who were vaccinated were slightly more likely to get the most common A(H3N2) strain that those who did not have the jab.
Officials said the statistic meant the jab did not protect them against the strain at all, but did not mean the vaccination could increase the chance of flu.
The failure of the jabs is likely to explain some of the pressures on Accident & Emergency departments in recent weeks, which had the longest waits on record over Christmas.
Health officials says people should still get vaccinated to protect against other strains of flu, whose circulation could still rise.
The decision about which strains of flu would be most likely to be circulating this winter was taken 12 months ago by the World Health Organisation, with different vaccines recommended for the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
But the new research has found that those suffering from the drift strain of A(H3N2) would have been better protected if they were given the jab received on the other side of the globe.
The research warns that the mismatch between the vaccine and the virus is the lowest recorded in a decade.
In the United States, recent reports show the jab is effective in 22 per cent of cases with the A (H1N1) strain, while in Canada those who had the vaccine have recorded slightly higher rates of flu than those who did not have the jab.
Until recently, flu levels have been the highest for three years, but officials said cases are beginning to decrease.
Patients groups last night questioned why the alarm about Britain’s astonishingly low levels of protection had been raised so late in the flu season.
Katherine Murphy, chief executive of the Patients Association, said the disclosures were “extremely worrying” for those who thought they were protected against flu.
“It beggars belief that health officials weren’t aware just how badly the vaccine was working a long time ago,” she said. “If they didn’t realise the scale of the problem until now they aren’t doing their job properly.”
Health officials said that until the study was published, the size of the samples they examined depended on what the number of cases sent to them by NHS doctors.
Until January, PHE labs were monitoring samples of less than 25 cases of A (H3N2) flu a week.
Dr Richard Pebody, PHE’s head of flu surveillance, said: “The World Health Organization monitors influenza globally and each year recommends the strains of flu virus that should be included in the flu vaccine for the forthcoming flu season.
“It takes from February through to August / September to produce sufficient quantities of the flu vaccine. If a change in the virus is detected once production has started it is not possible to change it.”
He said there had “generally been a good match” between the vaccine produced and the strains which subsequently circulate, and urged people in at risk groups not to be discouraged from having flu vaccination now, or in the future.
“The current vaccine is still expected to protect against flu A(H1N1)pdm09 and flu B — both of which may yet circulate this season, so anyone in an at-risk group should still get vaccinated if they have not already,” he said.
“It’s not possible to fully predict the strains that will circulate in any given season, and there is always a risk of a drift occurring.”

The vaccine is not useless. It prevents one from getting the types of flu it is designed to prevent. The problem is a different flu virus is around and getting people sick.

The influenza virus is divided into three main types, Influenza A, Influenza B, and Influenza C, which are distinguished by differences in two major virus surface proteins (Hemagglutinin (HA) and Neuraminidase (NA)). Hemagglutinin (HA) and Neuraminidase (NA) both serve as antigenic determinants found on the surface of the Influenza virus.

This type of influenza mutates at a rate 2-3 times lower than type A and consequently is less genetically diverse, with only one influenza B serotype. Reduced rate of antigenic change, combined with its limited host range (inhibiting cross species antigenic shift), ensures that pandemics of influenza B do not occur.

I'm sorry, the acid will only effect the surface of the throat, but the infection is deeper than that. And that short of exposure to that kind of acid might kill some of the infection, but only a marginal amount at best. In fact, vomiting would be worse because your not letting yourself get the nutrients to feed your body during the exertion of fighting the infection....
Further, an adrenalin boost to the lungs will not purge it of anything. The infection lives in the wall of the lung in the cells. I assume you mean some sort of coughing will clear the infection, but it doesn't. It might clear some fluid build up, but that is a by product of the infection.

Symptoms counter act each other, some diseases you cannot have at the same time which is the ultimate trick to medicine.

Many diseases can be had at the same time, its just rare. Once you get infected, your immune system gets a kick start. Sends out response cells all over your body. That makes it extremely hard for another disease to set in. The disease needs a foot hold. When not infected, your immune system isn't as active. When activated, most diseases can't take hold. That's why we almost always end up with just one infection at a time.
Symptoms are only that. Symptoms. The problem is the disease, not the symptoms.

The conventional medical system is literally grasping at straws trying to maintain the illusion that vaccines work, with new reports now admitting that flu vaccines are an utter failure while still pushing people to get them. The latest nonsensical narrative, at least from the Canadian government, attributes all the inconsistencies between what authorities have long claimed about the alleged efficacy of the flu shot and its actual dismal success rate to a mysterious "paradox" where previous vaccinations somehow interfere with current ones.

Since health authorities no longer have a leg to stand on -- it is now widespread knowledge that the flu shot is minimally effective at best -- they are resorting to more confusing pseudoscience that, oddly enough, actually affirms what flu shot skeptics have surmised for many years. Vaccines in general, they now reluctantly admit, affect every person differently. And depending on what previous vaccinations a person has had, flu shots may or may not provide any protection at all--and in some cases, they will make a person more prone to illness.

"People who receive flu vaccines year after year can sometimes show reduced protection, an effect that Canadian infectious disease specialists say muddies public health messages for annual flu vaccine campaigns," explains Canada's CBC News about this disturbing phenomenon.

"During the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, researchers at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control originally thought seasonal flu shots from 2008 might offer extra protection against the new pandemic strain. Did you read that? An untested vaccine that health authorities all around the world urged everyone to get for their own protection against a novel, pandemic flu strain -- and a vaccine that they promised would also protect against seasonal flu -- actually made people who got it more prone to contracting the flu. This is now being openly admitted, affirming what independent news outlets like Natural News have been warning the public about for years.

And yet, despite this admission, these same health authorities are still trying to scare the public into rushing out and getting a flu shot. Huh? The vaccine doesn't work, they now say. And people who get it year after year are more prone to contracting the flu, they also say. But everyone should still rush out and get it, especially if they're in a high-risk category?

[h=2]Peer-reviewed study reveals that unvaccinated people are most protected against influenza[/h] At least six separate studies conducted by the same people that are still pushing the flu shot have confirmed that seasonal flu shots make people more prone to contracting the flu. The evidence is now overwhelming that, rather than impart immunity as long claimed, flu shots actually destroy the immune system and increase the risk of infection.

One would think that, now that the cat is out of the bag, these peddlers of quackery would quit while they're ahead, admit that they lied about flu shot safety and efficacy, and go out and find a real profession. Instead, they're continuing to push the seasonal flu shot, which as they now put it causes "interference" with people's immune systems, as they hype the soon unveiling of a "universal" flu shot that will be better than ever (fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, well, you know the rest).

The real kicker here is that, in the same CBC News report, a study published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases is referenced, revealing that the people who are most protected from the flu are, wait for it -- the unvaccinated. So tell me again, why should anyone get a flu shot?

"Let me authoritatively clarify the concerns raised by the Catholic Bishops on the just concluded tetanus vaccination by sharing extracts from the official position of the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association as below; feel free to share the article:

Tetanus is an incurable disease that infects the body through broken skin or wounds. The umbilical cord stamp of newborn babies is a possible entry point and makes them especially susceptible. It is best prevented through immunization with the tetanus toxoid (TT) vaccine.

We would like to assure the public that the normal vaccines available in both public and faith based organization in this country are clean. Generally speaking, the faith based medical facilities give the same if not more vaccinations than public institutions.

Our concern and the subject of this discussion is the WHO/UNICEF sponsored tetanus immunization campaign launched last year in October ostensibly to eradicate neonatal tetanus. It is targeted at girls and women between the ages of 14 – 49 (child bearing age) and in 60 specific districts spread all around the country. The tetanus vaccine being used in this campaign has been imported into the country specifically for this purpose and bears a different batch number from the regular TT. So far, 3 doses have been given – the first in October 2013, the second in March 2014 and the third in October 2014. It is highly possible that there are two more doses to go.

Giving five doses of tetanus vaccination every 6 months is not usual or the recommended regime for tetanus vaccination. The only time tetanus vaccine has been given in five doses is when it is used as a carrier in fertility regulating vaccines laced with the pregnancy hormone - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) developed by WHO in 1992.

When tetanus is laced with HCG and administered in five doses every 6 months, the woman develops antibodies against both the tetanus and the HCG in 2 – 3 years after the last injection. Once a mother develops antibodies against HCG, she rejects any pregnancy as soon as it starts growing in her womb thus causing repeated abortions and subsequent sterility.

WHO conducted massive vaccinations campaigns using the tetanus vaccine laced with HCG in Mexico in 1993 and Nicaragua and Philippines in 1994 ostensibly to eradicate neonatal tetanus. The campaign targeted women aged 14 – 49 years and each received a total of 5 injections.

What is downright immoral and evil is that the tetanus laced with HCG was given as a fertility regulating vaccine without disclosing its ‘contraceptive effect’ to the girls and the mothers. As far as they were concerned, they had gone for an innocent injection to prevent neonatal tetanus!

Considering the similarity of the WHO tetanus vaccination exercise in South American with the Kenyan camping and with the background knowledge of WHO’s underhand population control initiatives, the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association brought the matter to the attention of the Bishops and together sort audience with the Ministry of Health with only one request; that the tetanus vaccine being used in this campaign be tested to ensure it was not laced with HCG before the 2nd round of immunizations in March. The Ministry of Health declined to have the vaccine tested.

With great difficulty, the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association managed to access the tetanus vaccine used during the WHO immunization campaign in March 2014 and subjected them to testing. The unfortunate truth is that the vaccine was laced with HCG. This proved right our worst fears; that this WHO campaign is not about eradicating neonatal tetanus but a well-coordinated forceful population control mass sterilization exercise using a proven fertility regulating vaccine. This evidence was presented to the Ministry of Health before the third round of immunization but was ignored.

When challenged in South America in the early 1990’s about the tetanus vaccine used in their camping being laced with HCG, WHO brushed off the claims as unfounded and asked for proof. When proof was provided by the Catholic based bodies in those countries, WHO claimed that the other components of the vaccine production process may have caused false positive results. When pushed further, they accepted that a few vaccines may have been contaminated with HCG during the production process. However, HCG is not a component nor is it used in the production of any vaccine let alone tetanus! It was only after antibodies against HCG were demonstrated in the women who were immunized with the laced tetanus vaccine that the matter was sealed. The immunized women have suffered multiple abortions and some have remained sterile. Do we have to wait until this point before action is taken?

Though the Bishops are medically lay people, they have technical advisory teams of competent specialists from every discipline, including medicine. These teams are both local and international as the Catholic Church is global. The Catholic based and run health institutions form the largest private health network in the country and have been rendering medical services to Kenyans for over 100 years! Thus, when the Bishops speak on topical issue like the tetanus vaccination, they are talking from a point of knowledge and authority. It would be foolhardy to disregard their advice.


We have performed our moral and civic duty of speaking the truth and alerting the government and the people of Kenya. It is now up to each individual Kenyan to make an informed choice.

In its hurry to approve the vaccine, the FDA also bypassed a critical safety step.
In its letter of approval to Merck, the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) committee approved the Gardasil 9 vaccine, stating it felt no need to refer the pharmaceutical giant’s application to the Vaccines and Related Biological application to the Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), charged with reviewing and evaluating data on the effectiveness, appropriate use, and safety of vaccines.
[h=1]Looks like ‘safety concerns’ take a backseat to selling vaccines[/h] Proponents of the latest version of the HPV vaccine claim it surpasses earlier versions by protecting against nine strains of the HPV virus. But, the new virus may also surpass earlier versions when it comes to vaccine dangers. It contains double the amount of aluminum contained in previous versions of the vaccine.
The dangers of aluminum are well-documented and difficult to dispute. Well over 1,600 scientific documents and peer-reviewed published papers have confirmed the dangers of aluminum toxicity in humans.
Previous forms of the Gardasil vaccine have already been associated with young women dying suddenly, soon after receiving the vaccine. It has also been associated with other serious side effects, including the development of autoimmune diseases, sometimes leading to permanent disability.
[h=1]Does the risk of disease really outweigh the danger of vaccinations?[/h] Dr. Mark Geier, MD, and Dr. David Geier, PhD, Institute of Chronic Illnesses, Inc., published an analysis in October 2014 of the relationship between Gardasil and certain autoimmune diseases. They found the HPV vaccine was associated with several cases of either onset or exacerbation of autoimmune diseases.
The time-worn argument that any health risk caused by a vaccine, including the HPV vaccine, is far outweighed by lives saved is becoming increasingly difficult for vaccine proponents to argue in light of the growing mountain of evidence showing otherwise.
World Health Organization data shows the current age-standardized death rate from cervical cancer is actually 2.5 times lower than the rate of serious complications due to reactions from the vaccine, as reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. In the Netherlands, the risk of serious adverse reaction is four times greater than the age-standardized death rate from cervical cancer.
The HPV vaccine is linked to a higher risk of disability and premature death.
Over the years, the HPV vaccine has been linked to more cases of death, disability and other serious side effects than can be traced to any other vaccine, fueling the HPV vaccine controversy. Analysis of research conducted by Merck itself showed patients who had already been exposed to certain HPV strains prior to immunization were at a 44.6 percent increased risk of developing precancerous lesions – or worse – if administered the HPV vaccine.
Even the package insert for Gardasil 9 notes that clinical studies completed on Gardasil 9 found 2.3 percent of those taking part in clinical trials reported having an adverse reaction linked to the vaccine. This compares to 2.5 percent in clinical studies of earlier versions of the vaccine.
The package insert goes on to say that a total of 10 deaths occurred across trials for both vaccines, but claims none of the deaths were associated with the vaccine. Among the causes of death, however, were those due to cerebral hemorrhage and gastric cancer.

The mainstream media have been tireless in their recent efforts to discredit and demonize those who dare question the safety or efficacy of vaccines, and particularly those who choose not to have their children vaccinated.

What seems obvious now is that an honest dialogue on the subject seems nearly impossible in a climate of fear-mongering created by those who control the flow of information to the masses.

The reports recently being circulated by the major media outlets are designed to lead people to believe that the entire anti-vaccine movement has grown out of response to a single (and allegedly spurious, according to the pro-vaccine camp) study linking mercury-containing vaccines with incidences of autism.

Although there may be room for debate on that particular aspect of the subject at hand, what the media is not mentioning is that there are far more reasons to be skeptical about vaccines in general.

The typical news story seen lately tends to label "anti-vaxxers" as the worst type of conspiracy nuts -- a small group of tin-foil-hat-wearing wackos who threaten their children's lives and the rest of the populace with their paranoid delusions. Many news reports have advocated imprisonment for parents who refuse to vaccinate their children.

At the same time, vaccines are being promoted as completely safe and effective -- an assertion which is simply not true. There are mounds of evidence from dozens of studies indicating that many vaccines are neither efficacious nor harmless.

A glaring example is the extremely compelling evidence that Merck & Co., one of the largest vaccine manufacturers on the planet, has provided false statements and faked clinical trials in connection with their mumps vaccine.

This fraud and deception on the part of Merck has been occurring for at least the past decade, and might still be occurring if it weren't for the actions of two whistleblowers from the company's laboratories who initially filed a lawsuit in 2012 -- a lawsuit which, despite Merck's efforts to have it dismissed, has recently ballooned into a federal case: United States v. Merck & Co.

The company now faces federal fraud charges. The whistleblowers' court documents state that Merck:

"...failed to disclose that its mumps vaccine was not as effective as Merck represented, (ii) used improper testing techniques, (iii) manipulated testing methodology, (iv) abandoned undesirable test results, (v) falsified test data, (vi) failed to adequately investigate and report the diminished efficacy of its mumps vaccine, (vii) falsely verified that each manufacturing lot of mumps vaccine would be as effective as identified in the labeling, (viii) falsely certified the accuracy of applications filed with the FDA, (ix) falsely certified compliance with the terms of the CDC purchase contract, (x) engaged in the fraud and concealment describe herein for the purpose of illegally monopolizing the U.S. market for mumps vaccine, (xi) mislabeled, misbranded, and falsely certified its mumps vaccine, and (xii) engaged in the other acts described herein to conceal the diminished efficacy of the vaccine the government was purchasing."

The fact that Merck, with hundreds of millions of dollars at its disposal to hire a high-powered legal team, was not able to have the lawsuit dismissed, is damning evidence that there is substance in the allegations.

The court upheld all of the original complaints made by the whistle-blowers, and under the False Claims Act, Merck could be liable for hundreds of millions of dollars (possible even billions) in damages.

For more than three decades, Merck has had an exclusive license granted by the FDA to manufacture and sell its Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine to the public. To retain its licensing rights, Merck was required to prove that its updated vaccine formula had at least a 95 percent efficacy rate.

This is the reason Merck falsified data -- the company knew that the vaccine was not nearly as effective as it was required to be, and out of greed and callousness, deliberately lied to the FDA and the American public with an utter disregard for the health consequences.

Personally, I would expect this to be a bigger scandal and one of far greater concern than the minority of parents who refuse to have their children vaccinated, but there has been barely a whisper in the mainstream press regarding this pending lawsuit.

It also would seem to exonerate those who question the safety and efficacy of vaccines in general, but the media is now engaged in a vicious smear campaign against the anti-vaxxers.

And if you're wondering how this could possible happen, the answer -- as usual -- is "follow the money."

The mainstream media is owned by its advertisers and is also heavily influenced by those in the government who have been bought by lobbyists. And guess what? Big Pharma is one of the biggest lobby groups out there.

So, if you find yourself tempted to jump on the bandwagon, along with those in the media and elsewhere who are bent on vilifying those who question the safety and reliability of vaccines, maybe you should first consider taking a step back to closely examine their motives.

It is hardly a secret that deception is the lifeblood that runs D.C. But the massive onslaught of pro-vaccine propaganda coming from our nation's leaders today has spiraled completely out of control, with top health officials and politicians now blatantly lying under oath about the "safety and effectiveness" of vaccines.

During a recent congressional hearing, National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases Director Dr. Anne Schuchat, M.D., told Congress that there is absolutely no scientific evidence that vaccines cause autism, mental disorders, allergies or autoimmune disease.

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, a Big Pharma hack who recently proposed eliminating all criminal penalties for drug companies that injure or kill people with their deadly products, asked Dr. Schuchat a series of softball questions about vaccines, upon which she denied that vaccines are in any way dangerous.

The hearing was apparently held to put "vaccine conspiracy theorists in their place," to quote the drug industry-sponsored news company MSNBC. But what it actually did was prove, yet again, that those entrusted with protecting public health are actively lying to the American public in order to push the vaccine agenda.

[h=2]The science is clear: vaccines can cause autism and other permanent harm[/h] A 30-minute segment that recently aired on InfoWars Nightly News presented a plethora of scientific evidence exposing Dr. Schuchat as a liar, including multiple cases where families of autism victims were awarded judgments for vaccine injury. Nightly News director Rob Dew also proffered numerous studies linking vaccines like MMR to autism.

Many of these are referenced in an extensive scientific essay penned by retired neurosurgeon Dr. Russell L. Blaylock, M.D., entitled "Vaccines, Neurodevelopment and Autism Spectrum Disorders." Published in 2008, Dr. Blaylock's paper clearly demonstrates that vaccines have, in fact, been linked to autoimmunity, immune suppression, brain damage, and the larger grouping of behavioral and neurological conditions known as autism.

Several years after writing this paper, Dr. Blaylock published an even more extensive one that included details about the "excitotoxic" effects of vaccines in the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine.

[h=2]Establishment[/h]As you may recall, the first ever court award admitting that vaccines cause autism occurred in 2010 when the family of Hannah Poling received more than $1.5 million for lost earnings, pain and suffering, and life care. The so-called "vaccine court" agreed that Hannah developed autism as a result of receiving vaccinations against nine disease, including the MMR vaccine, all at once.

UK authorities also agreed during the same year that a child who suffered brain damage did so as a result of MMR, resulting in the child's family receiving a nominal cash sum to put towards his lifetime of treatment.

Dew's must-see Nightly News report goes much deeper into all of this, exposing the establishment as a lying propaganda machine. There's even a concise but thorough rundown of the kangaroo "vaccine court" and how it protects drug and vaccine companies from liability while simultaneously admitting that vaccines cause permanent harm, and in some cases death.

Many Americans don't even know it exists. The mainstream media almost universally pretends it doesn't exist. It's the Federal Vaccine Court (National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program), created by Congress in 1988. This court awards millions of dollars annually to families who have been damaged by vaccines. This court gives legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies, shielding them from a court of law representing a true republic. By setting up a special kangaroo vaccine court, the supply of vaccines continues to multiply, even after people have been damaged by them.

This is an abandonment of true judicial process and accountability, essentially giving pharmaceutical companies a license to hurt others and write it off as a cost of doing business. To pay the families off, the federal Vaccine Court requires that vaccine manufacturer hand over 75 cents to a trust fund for every vaccine dose. To this multi-billion dollar vaccine industry, this 75-cent excise tax is just part of the cost of doing business, a cost which they can offset by raising their prices paid by taxpayer funds.

In this madness, the Vaccine Court has literally become a vicious cycle of abuse.

[h=2]Mainstream media fails to talk about the $3 billion awarded to vaccine-injured families[/h]For some reason, its taboo to talk about vaccine injuries, especially in the media. Instead of hearing about the nearly $3 billion in payouts to vaccine-injured families since 1988 from the Vaccine Court, we hear constantly that vaccines are safe and the science behind them is irrefutable. It's bizarre!
On top of that, many doctors can't even recognize the causes of nervous system disorders in babies and young children. Perhaps injecting aluminum adjuvants, mercury preservatives, foreign animal cells or aborted human fetal DNA is what's causing damage. Nervous system disorders are not random.

In this lack of understanding, most vaccine injuries go unreported. Parents with a child with cerebral palsy may be told by their doctor that the disability came from the parents' DNA. Parents whose child developed seizures and high fevers may be told by their doctor that their child was just having a reaction to cutting teeth. Parent's whose child has a speech impediment may be told this is normal. In reality, any damage of the nervous system could easily be caused by vaccines, since vaccines contain known neurotoxins.

[h=2]Healthy baby disabled for life by the whooping cough vaccine; now lives with seizures, cerebral palsy[/h]One of the most debilitating nervous system disorders that are caused by vaccines is encephalopathy. This was the diagnosis given to Angelica, the child of Theresa and Lucas Black, from Virginia. Like most parents, they dutifully followed their doctor's orders and got their child immunized, believing in vaccine safety and necessity.

However, their daughter Angelica soon developed life-threatening seizures and brain damage within three days after receiving several vaccinations. A Charlotte neurologist later diagnosed Angelica with vaccine-related encephalopathy. Five years later, in 2006, the federal Vaccine Court heard their story and awarded the family $2 million plus $250,000 each year for life for medical expenses.

Now, at age 14, Angelica is severely disabled thanks to the vaccines. She can't speak. She eats through a feeding tube. Angelica requires around-the-clock care. She suffers from cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder.

[h=2]Thousands of vaccine injuries compensated through the US Vaccine Court; countless others left in the dark[/h]Angelica is not the only one. Thousands of families have sought compensation from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Some have been compensated, some not, and still, there are many vaccine damages that go undiagnosed throughout the country.

According to federal records, over 15,740 families have filed with the Vaccine Court, but only 3,941 victims of vaccines have been compensated since 1988. The total payout since then for vaccine injuries is over $2.8 billion.

In 2014 alone, the court paid off 365 vaccine-injured families, compensating $202 million in damages. The pharmaceutical companies on the other hand, are not held liable. In fact, this payoff scheme allows them to continue their abuse throughout the country.

The federal law even wrote up a table of injuries that can be compensated for as long as the victim is diagnosed within a specific time window. In Angelica's case, she was two hours away from the cut-off time. She developed seizures within 70 hours after taking the pertussis vaccine, right within the 72-hour window.

And it got worse for her three days after the vaccination. One moment, Angelica was "sighing and cooing and playing," and then she stopped breathing. On the way to the emergency room, she went into fits of seizures. It didn't take long for a pediatric neurologist, Dr. Robert Nahouraii of Mecklenburg Neurological Associates, to conclude that Angelica had a reaction to the pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine. They were paid off by the US Vaccine Court in 2006.

Her mother, Theresa, said, "Everyone in this house has been affected. Nothing will ever be the same."
