Just a thought.
Rather than having shadow functions, like an INFJ acting out like a bad ESTP, wouldn't an INFJ simply regress to IJ or INJ-the NF/F simply disappears. From what I understand a intuitive doesn't suddenly develop a preference for the sensory-at least not permanently.
