Ni and Ne are the same function basically with differing attitudes, so that's like saying what if a person is Ni dominant and Ni auxiliary.

I guess they would go insane because their consciousness is forcing them to look at things in two perspectives. Their Ni would search then either get cancelled out by Ne or routed back for Ni to search again. Lack of Judging function would cause a continuous loop of paradigm shifts and endless possibilities that would never get settled or come to fruition. They would never have a sense of grounding or trust or relation in what is real, because the forced Ne auxiliary would offer nothing but opposition.
