[Important] Is philosophy of any use? Can there be religious philosophy or philosophical religion?

Philosophy is inherent in and very necessary for humankind. A rational investigation of truths and principles of being, knowledge, and conduct. Religion is based on faith. How does your faith swing? I do not believe that religion is necessary, at all. It is a tool that has been used on people quite successfully for many years... However, I have often thought that religion and psychology go very well together.
