I watched all four of videos. I liked the second one the best, then the fourth, the first and the third I liked the least, and I'll explain.

The second one I liked mostly because I share that thought that those who are in a boss like position would have a much easier job and more productive results if they were to find out and actively use the unique abilities and strengths of their employees. And in my opinion very few of them do that.

The fourth I liked because it's quite straightforward about it's purpose, although I'm not the biggest fan of NLP techniques and think of them only as a short term solution for the problems. I agree that introverts should buckle up and find a way to express themselves all the time not only when it's allowed to them by extroverts around them.

The first one addresses something that is very important but imo doesn't really have to be conected with introversion and that's social anxiety. And I think that some extroverts who suffer from social anxiety tend to think falsely that they are in fact introverts when they are not. I liked what he said about him having a stage persona that's different from his everyday persona and I can relate to that, although I'm not a stage performer. And it seems that many introverts dabble in stage activities as a way of better understanding themselves and exploring different parts of their personalities.

The third one I liked the least partly because of her way of talking and waiving hands while talking that kind of draws the intention from what she is trying to say. I liked that she has a desire to overcome some of her fears and to change herself, but I didn't like the way she talked about it that much, I had a feeling that she is not really sure where she is going with it.
