INTP? ISTJ? ISFJ? I'm confused!

So, I have been attempting to figure out my type for quite a while now. Recently I have settled on INTP, but refuse to get overly comfortable there. Ha ha ha. I thought I was an ISTJ or an ISFJ before that and have also considered INFP and INTJ. The last Cognitive processes test I took suggested INFP as my type.

I need to retake it because it is not recent and I was under severe amounts of stress at the time, which I believe ramped up my Fi.

Anyway, It's kind of been up in the air for months now and Von Hase and I have discussed it and discussed it. Maybe a fresh point of view might help?
