I absolutely do and it is my law that I live by in my world. My code is that I should always leave you better off than when I found you. Be an asset to your life. If you harm me in anyway while I live my code in your life, it's an automatic door slam.

1) Give and Receive hugs every day
2) Get an hour of alone time daily minimum (more if possible)
3) Be friends with an INTP (for the lulz), an extrovert, and a sensor always
4) Go outside at least once a week
5) Try to be an ISFP once a month (artsy)
6) For the love of god practice good self-care and forgive myself when I don't
7) Be hardcore

I love the graphic at the start of the thread, "integrity, respect, responsibility" - says so much.

I try to be kind and forgiving. It's really difficult for me and I have to always try harder.
