~They are quite riveting to look at
What do you like about paintings?
~The depth of the brushstrokes, the colors blending into each other in a soft harmony, reminiscent of music.
Would you describe how you feel when you see a painting that you like?
~I feel like if I look away, the beauty will disappear, like we share a special connection, I feel the artist's happiness, anger, pain, melancholy. I feel like the artist painted the painting just for me. Sometimes I get chills down my back.
Describe your emotional response to a positive and negative painting?
~Positive: See above answer.
~Negative: Indifference
Have you tried painting, would you like to?
~I'm more of a coloured pencil person, but I love painting the sunset, the mountains, the beach.
Are there different painting moods, would painting intuitively be different from painting emotionally?
~Most definitely
~I think that painting intuitively shows the most emotion in a painting because you are imparting your raw feelings onto a canvas.
