How do you get a girl not to like you anymore but still be friends?

Well, the STDs thing, I know what to do about. I wanted help about what to do if a girl likes you because--well, let's just say being sensitive isn't my area of expertise.
 
i usually run away when that happens...unless i'm interested in her whereby then i'm mostly quite avoidant unless i see potential

can't help you there. i'm sensitive, but i don't express it well so it backfires.
 
attracted but doesnt want sex.... attracted in what way?

you could try to act like you have romantic feelings and get her to go away.
 
Yeah, I talked to her a few days ago and told her since she was infected I really had no use for her.

I suppose if this happens again I should pretend to have romantic feelings, get what I want, and then resume to saying that I have no use for 'um.
