I have loads of xNFP friends and connect with them very deeply. Thinking about it, I think the majority of my good friends are either Fi-dom or Fi-aux. My own brother is an Fi-dom and we're very close, so perhaps I got to understand the ways of Fi in a privileged way with him.
I just think NiFe and FiNe can be wonderfully complementary. The former has the ability to make the latter feel quickly comfortable about opening up, revealing great depth of emotional insight. And the interplay between Ne and Ni is pure gold.
