I found this test on another mbti website and found it very useful. The next paragraph is a copy of the original poster's comment, screamofconcious from personalitycafe.

"This test is an excerpt from the book "The Edge Effect" by Eric R. Braverman, M.D. pgs 45-57. It can be used as a guide to balance yourself chemically. The results can also be very useful to your doctor as most of this can be balanced through perscription medication and hormone treatments. I found the first copy I read at the library then later bought my own copy. It is quite long, but well worth it in my opinion for anyone who feels 'out of sorts' or has mental illnesses, etc. I'm going to share my results with my psychiatrist my next appointment, change my diet a little, start doing yoga and buy a few supplements to help out with my deficiencies and see if there is any progress. My results are below. I am mentally ill so my results are a bit.... yeah.. Enjoy.

Part 1: Determining Your Dominant Nature

Answer the questions in terms of how you feel most of the time. (I'm pretty sure you should be considering the whole of your life here). For example, if you've had a bad night's sleep and feel tired today, answer the questions that pertain to your energy levels based on how you feel on a more average day.

The highest number is your most deficient nature, the one that is most likely to lead to illness. Your deficient nature can be the same as or different from your dominant nature. In fact, you’ll most likely recognize deficits in your dominant nature sooner than you would in other aspects of your biochemistry, simply because you are used to behaving in feeling a specific way.
Any category with up to 5 true statements is considered a minor deficiency. Any category with between 6-15 true statements is considered a moderate deficiency. If you have more than 15 true statements in any one category, this indicates a major deficiency; I recommend that you get your doctor involved as soon as possible.
If you are deficient in more than one area, you should work on balancing the worst deficiency first then retake the test. Repeat this process through any other deficiency. Neurotransmitters are interconnected in such a way that in balancing one you may improve the other.

I guess must be seriously messed up, according to these responses. Maybe I'm reading it wrong or took the test incorrectly, but there's a heck of a lot of big numbers in my results. How should I interpret this--?
