Does trust come easily for you?

It is in a romantic sense because I have a hard time trusting what I feel because I get too invested and play disaster scenarios in my head. Added with my high level of emotional needs, it can make "trusting" hard. Even then the issue isn't exactly trust, it's more of living in the moment and just letting be.
